Road Realignment—Tophouse Road, Tophouse

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped.

after the words

Road Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 4, Wahapa Curves, Ruapehu District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (3) (b), declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(a) Section 5 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B2/734, subject to certificate 190701.

(b) Section 6 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 249/38, subject to certificate 190701.

(c) Section 7 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B4/291, subject to certificate 190701 and mortgage 359789.3.

Pursuant to section 191 (8) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister for State Owned Enterprises and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Alexander Jackson, Land Information New Zealand, jointly declare that the secondary use of recreation purposes over land held for a public work (development of water power), authorised by New Zealand Gazette, 29 April 1971, No. 31, page 806 (registered as 830456), is revoked with respect to the land described in the Schedule from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
