Classification of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the
Schedule as a local purpose (gravel) reserve, subject to
the provisions of the said Act.

13.2040 hectares, being Section 1, S.O. 302391. All

Classification of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Dunedin City Council
hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto
as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section
19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the
provisions of the said Act.

Otago Land District—Mount Pleasant
15.6082 hectares, more or less, being part Section 76, Block
VII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District. All
certificate of title OT143/162.
