the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Classification of a Reserve, and Appointment of the
Tapora Golf Club Incorporated to Control and
Manage a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the
Schedule as a recreation reserve and, further, appoints
the Tapora Golf Club Incorporated to control and manage the
reserve as a recreation reserve.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and
Issue of a Fresh Notice

Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason
of an error made in the notice described subsequently,
the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland
Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes
the notice headed Classification and Naming of a Reserve,
dated the 9th day of December 2003 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 2003, No. 173, page
4787, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in
its place.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in
the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified
in section 19 (1) (b) of the Act, and declares that the reserve
is to be known as the Isaachsen Scenic Reserve.
