be set apart for recreation purposes and vested in the
Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

In the event of this land becoming surplus to the
requirements of the Waikato District Council, then Māori
claim interests will be considered as per Cabinet Directives
along with any statutory obligation prior to offering the land
for sale on the open market.

be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated
with the land in Computer Register NA21B/1328, subject to
memorandum of mortgage D. 345554.1.
