✨ Reserve Declarations and Regulations

NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 175

Executive Officer for the Rodney District Council hereby
amends the notice dated 27 October 2004, declaring land is
reserve, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 November
2004, No. 143, page 3599, by deleting the resolution in
paragraph two and substituting the following:

“That in the exercise of the powers conferred on it under
section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District
Council hereby resolves that the land described in the
Schedule hereto and held by the council in fee simple,
shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a
recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

Dated at Orewa this 14th day of December 2004.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation
under the Reserves Act 1977, the Franklin District Council
resolved on 6 September 2004, under section 14 of the Act,
to declare that the piece of land held in fee simple by the
council and described in the Schedule to this notice to be
a recreation reserve.

North Auckland Land District—Franklin District

Schedule

3.2040 hectares, more or less, being Lot 89, DP 336389 (all
Computer Freehold Register NA149270).
