Reserves Act 1977
Classification of Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Classification and Vesting of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (plantation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and further vests the reserve in the Timaru District Council in trust as a local purpose (plantation) reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Upper Hutt City Council on such terms and conditions as the council determines.
