Notice of Approval—Part 132 of the Marine Protection Rules
Pursuant to Marine Protection Rule 132.4, I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Director of Maritime Safety, hereby give the following notice.
The dispersant known as Radiagreen OSD and manufactured in Belgium by Oleon NV is hereby approved as a Type 2 and Type 3 dispersant for the purposes of the Maritime Transport Act 1994.
The approval is subject to the following conditions:

This approved dispersant shall not be used except for the purpose of combating marine oil spills subject to an approved marine oil spill contingency plan.

The approved dispersant shall not be used except in accordance with the application procedures and guidelines recommended by the manufacturer.

Each batch of the approved dispersant shall be tested to ensure it complies with the specifications set out for Type 2 and Type 3 dispersants under the Marine Protection Rule – Part 132.9 (1). Copies of all such test certificates shall be provided to the director prior to distribution of the dispersant.

If the composition of the approved dispersant or its technical specifications change from the details given in the application for approval dated August 2002 and submitted to the director, the grantee is required to notify the director.

Under section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission gives the following notice.

This notice is the Bay-Waikato Fire Districts Notice, December 2004.

This notice comes into force on the day of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the districts listed in the Schedule.
Constitution of Fire Districts

The urban areas listed in the Schedule are constituted as fire districts.

The boundaries of the fire districts as listed are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 1 December 2004 and pursuant to section 88(1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares those parts of State highway described in the Schedule hereto and as more particularly shown on Plans LA/11/58/2, LA/11/51/15 and LA/11/59/1 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland, and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.
