Member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority Appointed

Pursuant to section 129N (4) of the Immigration Act 1987,
Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Dr Josephine Gail Baddeley of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for
a term commencing on 6 September 2004 and ceasing at the
end of 5 September 2008;

Richard J. Towle of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for
a term commencing on 1 February 2005 and ceasing at the
end of 31 January 2006; and

Bridget Anne Dingle of Wellington
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for
a term commencing on 1 February 2005 and ceasing at the
end of 31 January 2009.\n

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 20th day of December 2004

Present:
HER EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 17 of the Maori Purposes Act 1943,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice
and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the
following order.

Order

  1. Title—This order is called the Estate of Pukepuke
    Tangiora Order 2004.
  2. Commencement—This order comes into force on
    24 December 2004.
  3. Appointment—(1) This order appoints David Pohatu
    Stone as a trustee of the will of Pukepuke Tangiora. David
    Pohatu Stone replaces Charles Tohara Mohi, who has died.
    (2) This order also appoints Karanema Hetekia Bartlett as
    a trustee of the will of Pukepuke Tangiora. Karanema
    Hetekia Bartlett replaces John Matthews Mackie, who
    resigns on 24 December 2004.

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101 (2) of the Public Trust
Act 2001.
To all creditors and claimants of Coyote Security Screen
Doors Limited
(a company that ceased trading in 2002
and was deregistered during 2004):

The sum of $5236.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold
in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by E. Timu, of Manurewa,
a former shareholder of the company.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less
associated costs, to E. Timu, subject to no notice of
a justifiable claim being received on or prior to 20 January
2005.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant
must submit a claim to Ken Southam, Senior Consultant at
Public Trust, P.O. Box 13-245, Tauranga.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Appointments/reappointments to the Government Superannuation Appeals Board

Pursuant to section 5 of the Government Superannuation
Fund Act 1956, the Minister responsible for the
Government Superannuation Fund is pleased to announce
the reappointment of

Peter Boag
to the Government Superannuation Appeals Board for
a two-year term with effect from 1 January 2005; and

Ross Crotty
to the Government Superannuation Appeals Board for
a three-year term with effect from 1 January 2005; and
the appointment of

Hunter Donaldson
Rosemary Hambling
to the Government Superannuation Appeals Board for a
three-year term with effect from 1 January 2005, replacing
John O’Shaugnessy and John Clarke.
