hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the
purpose of a landing reserve and a pedestrian access for
the common use and benefit of the owners of Owhata 1E 3
and the general public.

South Auckland Land District
All those pieces of land situated in Block I, Tarawera
Survey District and Block XIII, Rotoiti Survey District and
described as follows:

and being all of the land contained in the
partition order of the Māori Land Court dated
23 May 2003.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the
Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart as a Māori reservation and called the
Waipuka Reserve. The purpose of the reservation is for a
marae, papakāinga, community facility, and for the protection
of wāhi tapu for the benefit of the Ngāti Whakaiti and Ngāti
Kautere Hapū.

District and described as follows:

for the common use and benefit of the descendants of
