Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road firstly described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 (7) and 120 (3), added to the land held in Computer Register NA9B/1379.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road secondly described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117 (7), added to the land held in G.N. 233519.1 (New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 1973, page 790).

(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road thirdly described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 (7) and 120 (3), added to the land held in Computer Register NA1516/23.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve, Change of Classification, and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the management committee of the Whirinaki Recreation and Culture Centre to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and further, changes the classification of the reserve from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community facilities) reserve, and appoints the trustees of the Riiwhi Māori Reservation to control and manage the reserve as a local purpose (community facilities) reserve.

Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the Paki-Titi Whanau Trust.
