Notice for the Acceptance of the Aquaheat PTL Range of Fired Hot Water Heaters
Pursuant to Regulation 6 of the Health and Safety in
Employment (Pressure Equipment, Cranes, and Passenger
Ropeways) Regulations 1999, Boiler Code of Practice 1996
and Pressure Equipment Code of Practice 2001,
I, M. Cosman, National Operations Manager, give notice
that the Aquaheat PTL range of fired hot water heaters are
accepted under the above Regulations and codes of practice
although they do not meet the following:
Health and Safety in Employment (Pressure Equipment,
Cranes, and Passenger Ropeways) Regulations 1999:
Regulations 18 and 19.
Boiler Code of Practice 1996:
Definition of boiler in the code.
Pressure Equipment Code of Practice 2001:
Parts 2.4 and 2.6, Part 3 and Part 5.
