Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Māori Reservation for the purpose of a place of cultural and historical significance and for the conservation of and sustainable management of flora and fauna as required for the common use and benefit of the owners and their descendants.
