Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road
which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 38 and shall vest
in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

to this notice is hereby acquired for the purpose of a water
filter site and shall vest in Palmerston North City Council on

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is Reserve—Warkworth Showgrounds, State Highway No. 1, Warkworth

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, Vijaya Vaidyanath, the Chief
Executive Officer for the Rodney District Council, hereby
notifies that the following resolution concerning the land
described in the Schedule hereto was passed by the Rodney
District Council at its meeting on 30 September 2004:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it under
Section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney
District Council hereby resolves that the land described
in the schedule hereto and held by the council in fee
simple, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a
Recreation Reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
