Their general health continues to deteriorate because of the
severity of their war wounds and age.

Under this scheme, the association will pay the capital and
income comprising the small trust fund to the Howick RSA,
Auckland, for disbursement for the welfare of ex-servicemen
and ex-servicewomen residing in New Zealand, including
war amputees.

Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General
thereon may be inspected, free of charge, at the office
of the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland or at
the office of Dawsons, 371 Ti Rakau Drive, Howick,
Auckland.

The application has been set down for hearing in the High
Court at Auckland on Wednesday, the 15th day of December
2004 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to
give notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar
of the High Court at Auckland and to the office of
Dawsons, 371 Ti Rakau Drive (P.O. Box 38-143), Howick,
Auckland, facsimile (09) 272 0001 and the Attorney-General
not less than seven clear days before the above-mentioned
date.

A meeting of the creditors of the insolvent will be held

29th day of October 2004 at 10.30 a.m.
