Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for

In the matter of Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957,
and in the matter of the Auckland War Amputees Association Inc (“the association”):

Notice is hereby given that the association has filed an
application for approval of a scheme varying the terms of
the trust under which the trust fund is held by the Guardian
Trust at Christchurch.

Under the original trust, the income of the trust was paid to
the association for general purposes.

However, the members of the association are now aged and
their numbers dwindling.
