All rates are G.S.T. exclusive.
The levy rates recommended do not include provision for the amendments to legislation proposed in the Injury Prevention,
Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Bill (No. 3) 2004.
ACC also recommended:
- to maintain the 129 levy risk groups (or pricing pools) for the employer and self-employed work levies and the 41 risk
groups for the pre-1999 claims levy. - that a small number of classifications be moved, or their description amended, to match changing market conditions and
clarify coverage. - that the petrol levy increases from 5.08 to 5.77 cents per litre.
- to increase the ACC component of the annual vehicle licensing fee by 5% for motorcycles (all other vehicle types
maintained at their current rates).
Individual rates will be finalised and incorporated into draft Levy Regulations once the Government has set the average rates.

Pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, the Director-General of
the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry hereby gives notice that the following application has been made to register a
trade name product under section 9 (1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997:

- Iprovalicarb 55g/kg
- Propineb 613g/kg
General Use Claim:
A systemic and contact protectant fungicide for control of downy mildew in onions and early and late blight in potatoes.
Any person may make a written submission to the Director-General, under section 17 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, concerning any application notified above.
Such submissions:
(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission, and
(b) may state any decision sought on that application,
and
(c) must be received by the Director-General no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette; and
(d) should be forwarded to the address given below.
A copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for their information.
A copy of the public information on the application may be obtained from ACVM Group, New Zealand Food Safety Authority, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, P.O. Box 2835, Wellington.
