Election Invalidation Notice
Pursuant to clauses 9 (3) and 9 (3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby declare invalid the election for the student representative for the board of trustees of Te Wharekura o Ruatoki held on 13 September 2004, and require a new election to be held on 3 November 2004.
This notice takes effect the day after its notification.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Change of Class of Hillview Christian School (341)
Pursuant to section 7 (9) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, I hereby declare that Hillview Christian School, Christchurch, will change from a primary school to a Year 1–13 composite school to take effect on 28 January 2005.
The school will build its roll taking Year 1–10 students in 2005 and Year 1–13 in 2006.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Balmoral Seventh-day Adventist Primary School, Auckland.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 21 September 2004.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, 39-45 College Hill, Auckland.

Pursuant to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives notice approving the charging of attendance dues at KingsWay School, Orewa.
Notice

This notice shall be cited as KingsWay School, (Attendance Dues) Notice 2004.

The proprietor of the above-named school may enter into an agreement with the parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at the above-named school requiring them to pay attendance dues.

The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be $1,935.00 (inclusive of G.S.T.) per annum, per pupil. The level of the due will be reviewed at the end of 2007.

Attendance dues received by the proprietor shall be used for the purpose of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital works associated with, the buildings and associated facilities of the above-mentioned integrated school as may be required or approved by the Minister of Education, pursuant to section 40 (2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts, mortgages, liens, or other charges associated with any of the land and buildings that constitute the integrated school.
