Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule to enable its disposal under section 25 (3) (b) of the Act.
