Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in
Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road adjoining or passing through the land described in
the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and,
pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in
Computer Register 17819.

(c) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road adjoining or passing through the land described in
the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant
to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer
Register 17817.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald
Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that,
an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby
acquired for road and shall vest in Western Bay of Plenty

Land Set Apart for Recreation Reserve (Sumnervale Reserve)—Christchurch City

Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to
be set apart for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves
Act 1977, and shall remain vested in Christchurch City
Council.
