Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 July 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to Patricia Polderman-Charles in respect of Casa Di Pace Montessori (65065), situated at Halkett Road, Halkett, Canterbury.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Fisheries (Scampi Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2004 (No. F295)

Pursuant to section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title—This notice is the Fisheries (Scampi Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2004.
  2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on 30 September 2004.
  3. Application—This notice applies on and from 1 October 2004.
  4. Interpretation—In this notice, the reference to “fishstock code” has the same meaning as in part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 2001 and the reference to “quota management area” has the same meanings as in section 396N of the Fisheries Act 1996 and Schedule 13 to the Fisheries Act 1996.
  5. Total Allowable Catch—On and from 1 October 2004, the total allowable catch for each scampi quota management stock is that amount stated in the final column of the Schedule to this notice.
