Notice of Disciplinary Action Taken by the

Electrical Workers Registration Board

The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board
(“the board”), having been directed by the board, in
accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992,
gives notice of the following registered electrical worker
having been disciplined by the board under Part 11 of the
Electricity Act 1992, and the effect of the decision or order
of the board:

Keith John Fenton, of Palmerston North, has been
found guilty of a disciplinary offence. Pursuant to
section 127 (2) (a) of the Act, Keith John Fenton’s
name is to be removed from the Register of persons
registered under the Act. Pursuant to section 132 of
the Act, the board has fixed 11 September 2013 as the
time after which Keith John Fenton may apply to
have his name restored to the Register. While the
suspension remains in force, Keith John Fenton shall
be deemed, for the purposes of Parts 10 and 14 of the
Electricity Act 1992, not to be registered and so is not
authorised to carry out prescribed electrical work as
an electrician.

Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 November 2001, which
was granted under those Regulations to Trudi Logan in
respect of Freestart Preschool (55380), situated at 525
Lowe Street, Camberley, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 August 2003, which was
granted under those Regulations to Johanna Korent in
respect of Little Ones Baby & Toddler Care Centre
(50023), situated at 5 Rutland Street, Levin.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice of Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of

Rangiriri Primary School (1919) and Direction to

Appoint a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N (1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the Rangiriri Primary School Board of
Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a
commissioner to replace that board.
