Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

On the 30th day of January 2004 at 12.30 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Graeme John Trainor, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
