Baverstock Road (formerly Thomas Road): From Brymer Road to a point 1200 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Baverstock Road from Brymer Road.
Hukanui Road: From a point 100 metres measured northerly, generally, along Hukanui Road from Brookview Court to Horsham Downs Road.
Horsham Downs Road: From Hukanui Road to Borman Road.

The Traffic (Napier City) Notice 2003
Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Napier City) Notice 2003.

Those localities and roads shown within markings identified in the legend of and appearing on the plans numbered:
LT0330/1 of 2, titled "Speed Restriction Zones – Napier City"; and
LT0330/2 of 2, titled "Speed Restriction Zones – Napier City (BayView)";
and indicated by markings in accordance with the legend on those plans, are declared to be:
(a) closely populated localities at all times, with a maximum speed limit of 50 kilometres an hour, pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962; or
(b) 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976; or
(c) excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962;
as may be ascertained from the legend. The plans and legends are hereby incorporated into this notice.\n
3. The following two notices are revoked:
The Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1982* dated the 27th day of January 1982; and
The Traffic (Napier City) Notice 1999** dated the 22nd day of October 1999.

held by the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority, and indicated by markings in accordance with the legend on those plans, are declared to be:
(a) closely populated localities at all times, pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962; or
(b) 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976;
