Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a swamp reserve (wetlands) for the common use and benefit of Ngā Whenua Rahui.

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Agreement between New Zealand and Australia Concerning the Establishment of the Governing Board, Technical Advisory Council and

Accreditation Review Board of the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand, the Minister of Commerce has been pleased to reappoint

Yvonne Esther Lucas of Wellington

to be the New Zealand government representative on the Governing Board of the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand for a period of two years commencing 1 July 2003.
