Ngāi Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust—Final List of Owners
The Ngāi Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust has applied to the Māori Land Court in Christchurch for approval of the final list of owners for the following claim:
Taiaroa Head Claim No. 51
The land described as Otago Land Registration District, being Lot 1, D.P. 30014, area 4363 square metres. Certificate of title OT20092, subject to Sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
A copy of this final list may be inspected at any office of Te Puni Kōkiri, any Māori Land Court or at all Papatipu Marae in the South Island, and at our web site:
