Notice is hereby given that Greenfields VDB Limited has entered into possession of the property, plant and land of Eternal Water New Zealand 2002 Limited, pursuant to rights conferred by a debenture dated the 4th day of December 2002 and mortgage 5621676.1 (South Auckland Registry) on the 30th day of June 2003.

The registered office of Greenfields VDB Limited is 652 Great South Road, Manukau City.

A brief description of the property into which Greenfields VDB Limited has entered into possession is:

1. All the land comprised in certificates of title 26B/461 and 462 (South Auckland Registry).
2. The property and assets of Eternal Water New Zealand 2002 Limited (including the property and buildings located at Otakiri, Whakatane, Bay of Plenty, comprising the extraction, bottling and packaging plant, existing brands and marketing system, resource consents, licences and other assets of the business together with all modifications made thereto).

Amendment to Food Standards (Notice No. 1285)

Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given that the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 2, was issued by the Minister for Food Safety on 10 July 2003 and comes into force 28 days following publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
