Land Transfer Act Notice

Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Ronald Bruce Osborne and Mary Linda Osborne, both retired of Whangarei, the registered proprietors of the land in certificate of title NA37D/301, lodged under application 5641800.1, to notify the extinguishment of the existing memorial:

“The part Te Komiti 2B Block is subject to the right of access by existing Māori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off.”

Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment of the said easement against the said certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Section 27 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the society on the 23rd day of April 1986, its surplus assets be dealt with as follows:

1. The land described in the Schedule hereto be vested subject to all encumbrances and interests in Newcrest Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, or its nominee in consideration of payment at current valuation plus G.S.T. (if any).

2. The balance of:
   (a) The proceeds of sale of the said land;
   (b) money held to the society’s credit in bank accounts in its name or on its behalf; and
   (c) the proceeds of the sale of remaining chattels be vested in horticultural or related societies in Hastings or its vicinity.

This direction shall become final on Monday, the 18th day of August 2003.

Schedule

An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 632 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, Deposited Plan 8195, being all the land identified as HB197/45 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registration District).
