the persons for whom the Māori Reservation in respect of
the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created by
notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 October
1994, No. 101, page 3025 (as amended by New Zealand
Gazette, 8 October 1998, No. 170, page 4069), are hereby
redefined as being Heni Tumahuki, Tuhaka Tumahuki,
Huirae Tumahuki, Porou Tumahuki and Ngamare Tumahuki
and their descendants.

All that piece of land situated in Block XII, Opunake Survey
District and described as follows:
