Road Stopping—Pit Street, Putaruru, South Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the South Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register SA431/41.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in

Computer Register SA30A/746, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 809279.

Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped—Peninsula Road, Kelvin Heights, Queenstown, Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, when stopped, being amalgamated with Lot 4, D.P. 27200 contained in certificate of title 19A/283, subject to mortgage 5035536.1.
