Casino Control Authority Levy Notice

Pursuant to section 76 (4) of the Casino Control Act 1990,
the Casino Control Authority specifies the amounts of the
levies to be paid under section 76 of the Act for the financial
year commencing on 1 July 2003 and ending on 30 June
2004, the amount of which has been approved by the

Minister of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Finance
under section 76 (3), as follows:

Christchurch Casinos Limited $790,457.00
Dunedin Casinos Limited $389,721.00
Otago Casinos Limited $181,087.00
Queenstown Casinos Limited $207,882.00
Riverside Casino Limited $497,415.00

All amounts are G.S.T. exclusive.

Airworthiness Directives

Pursuant to section 72I (3) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation,
I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Team Leader–Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect
of aircraft or aeronautical products:

DCA/PA44/8

These airworthiness directives shall come into force on 24 June 2003.

DCA/P68/40B

This airworthiness directive shall come into force on 26 June 2003.

Notification of Ordinary Rules

In accordance with the requirements of section 34 of the
Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given that
the Associate Minister of Transport signed the following
ordinary Civil Aviation Rules on 19 June 2003 which shall
come into effect on 28 July 2003:

Part 21—Certification of Products and Parts,
Amendment 6.

Part 43—General Maintenance Rules, Amendment 4.

Part 91—General Operating and Flight Rules,
Amendment 8.

These ordinary rules are available for inspection at the
Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, 1 Market Grove
(P.O. Box 31-441), Lower Hutt.

Civil Aviation Rules

In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation
Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice
of his intention to make ordinary rules in the following
Civil Aviation Rule Part:

Part 93—Special Aerodrome Traffic Rules and Noise
Abatement Procedures, amendments to Appendix
C regarding the list of aerodromes with right-hand
aerodrome traffic circuits (NPRM 03-05, Docket
3/CAR/2).

Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted to the
Docket Clerk by 25 July 2003.

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) is available
