Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation

Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that
part of the Kaiuma Bay scenic reserve described in the First
Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Classification of Reserves

Pursuant to section 16 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community
Relations Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described
