Redefining the Purposes of a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the area of the Māori reservation as set out in the notice dated the 15th day of June 2000, published in New Zealand Gazette, 13 July 2000, No. 78, page 1902, be redefined from 300 square metres to 30 square metres as shown in the Schedule to this notice.

Redefining the Purposes for Which the Reservation is Made
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the persons for whose use and benefit the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as a Māori reservation by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 1996, No. 36, page 1068, is hereby redefined as being for the purpose of a marae.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a landing site, access area, camping site and as a place of cultural, historical and scenic interest for the common use and benefit of the proprietors of Ruahine and Kuharua Blocks.
