Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Selwyn District Council and Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Selwyn District
Council of that part of the Waihora Recreation Reserve
described in the Schedule, and changes the classification of
that part of the reserve to a government purpose (nursery)
reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the
Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of a
church and urupā to be known as St Mary’s for the common
