The order of adjudication dated the 3rd day of July 2000 against Hounslow, Brent, of Whanga Road, Whale Bay, Raglan, was annulled by order of the Hamilton High Court, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 9th day of December 2002.
