Amending a Notice—Land Set Apart for Defence Purposes (Training Facility)—Papakura District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of July 2001, setting apart land for Defence purposes (training facility), published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 August 2001, No. 84, page 2177, by adding to the recital that the land in the Second Schedule shall be set apart for defence purposes (training facility)

“together with the rights to drain sewage and water in easement certificate D. 048949.1”.

Road Realignment—Rotowaro Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 116 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped, and pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land contained in Computer Register SA1462/20, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 139124.3.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land contained in Computer Register SA3B/277, subject to memoranda of mortgage 5297421.3 and H. 050898.2.

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and shall be amalgamated with the land contained in Computer Register SA1462/20, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 139124.3.

Reserves Act 1977

Road Realignment—Waterworks Road, Matamata-Piako District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Matamata-Piako District Council.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule, with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
