Road Realignment—Mountain Road, Maungaturoto

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA126/205.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA275/233.

(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA79A/941, subject to memorandum of mortgage C. 960187.5.

(c) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA275/233.
