Family Court Judge Appointed

Pursuant to section 5 of the District Courts Act 1947 and
section 5 (1) of the Family Courts Act 1980, Her Excellency
the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to
appoint

Vivienne Heath Ullrich, Q.C.

as a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal
jurisdiction within New Zealand and to exercise the
jurisdiction of the Family Courts with effect from 2 May
2003.
