Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of fishing, water catchment and cultural, historical and scenic interest for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners of Waiorongomai 10 (Lake) Block.

Redefining the Class of Persons for Whose Use or Benefit the Māori Reservation is Held

Pursuant to sections 338 (5) (d) and 340 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the class of persons for whose use or benefit the Māori reservation is held in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 May 1981, No. 62, page 1443, is hereby redefined to be held for the common use and benefit of Te Whanau-O-Wi Pere.
