Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Under section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council hereby classifies that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve and, further, classifies that part of the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve and, further, classifies that part of the reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto as a local purpose (community buildings and wastewater purposes) reserve and, further, classifies that part of the reserve described in the Fourth Schedule hereto as a local purpose (accessway) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
