Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

Southland Land District—Southland District
946 square metres, being Section 1 on S.O. 316996, formerly being part Sections 2 and 135, Block I, Manapouri Survey District.
750 square metres, being Section 2 on S.O. 316996, formerly being part Section 2, Block I, Manapouri Survey District.

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Māori Affairs Act 1953
Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Māori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, recreation ground and sports ground for the common use and benefit of the people of Ngati Hinekura, Ngati Pikiao and the Māori people of New Zealand generally.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.
Notice
- This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Whangarei 2003, No. 1.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
