Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 16 February 1976, authorising a secondary use of land in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, and vesting the control and management thereof in the Tekapo Domain Board, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 February 1976, page 417.

Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped—Glenorchy–Queenstown Road, Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, when stopped, being amalgamated with Section 17, Block IV, Glenorchy Survey District, contained in certificate of title 412/17, subject to a statutory land charge, pursuant to section 40 of the Legal Services Act 1991, by transfer 876565 and memorandum of mortgage 937478.2.
