Due to error, clause 6.4.2 was not amended by previous CPI increases, and has therefore been increased by the 2002 CPI increase of 1.82%, the 2001 CPI increase of 3.98%, the 2000 CPI increase of 0.51%, and the 2003 CPI increase.
