(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the
Dunedin City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares those
portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth and
Fifth Schedules hereto to be stopped and when stopped:

(i) the portion of land in the Second Schedule being
amalgamated, pursuant to section 120 (3), with the
land in certificate of title OT397/88, subject to
memorandum of mortgage 5072028.3;

(ii) the portion of land in the Third Schedule being
amalgamated, pursuant to section 120 (3), with the
land in certificate of title OT5D/1167, subject to
memorandum of mortgage 983936.3;

(iii) the portion of land in the Fourth Schedule being
amalgamated, pursuant to section 120 (3), with the
land in certificate of title OT246/236, subject to
memorandum of mortgage 933629.1;

(iv) the portion of land in the Fifth Schedule being
amalgamated, pursuant to section 120 (3), with the
land in certificate of title OT13A/135.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand, declares the land in the
Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and
shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in
the New Zealand Gazette.

and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be
road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road
and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land
described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for
road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the
date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3),
declares the portion of road described in the Second
Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated
with the land in document H. 024771, subject to the
encumbrances thereon.
