Notice of Claim

This notice is given pursuant to section 101 (2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of Carson Manufacturing Limited (a company that ceased active trading in or about 1987 and has since been struck off):

The sum of $10,430.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by Desmond Joseph Carson, a former director of the company.

The Public Trust is proposing to pay the amount of the claim (less associated costs) to the three company directors/shareholders, subject to any notice of claim being received on or prior to 31 March 2003.

Any person having any interest in priority to that of the claimants is to submit a claim to the National Manager Public Trust Central Service Centre, P.O. Box 31-543,

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Air Tahiti Nui in order that it may operate:

Capacity:
Two A340 return services per week and two return code-share services per week, as the marketing carrier, between Pape’ete and Auckland.

This amendment will take effect on 29 March 2003.

Summary of Exemptions Granted by the Director of Civil Aviation

In accordance with section 37 (3) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given that the Director of Civil Aviation has granted the following exemption from the Civil Aviation Rule requirements:

121.571 (b) (1) – line-operating flight time for consolidation.

Notice of the grant, withdrawal or denial of exemptions with provisos is published in the Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet (CARRIL).
