    a) Allotment 1 on D.P. 4414, part Sections 12 and 13, Hua and Waiwakaiho, containing
    29.0900 hectares and being the whole of the land comprised by the certificate of title,
    Volume 108, folio 170.

    b) Allotment 2 on D.P. 4414, part Sections 12 and 13, Hua and Waiwakaiho, containing
    19.6600 hectares and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume
    236, folio 96.

    c) Allotment 3 on D.P. 4414, part Sections 13 and 116, Hua and Waiwakaiho, containing
    13.0533 hectares and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume
    108, folio 172.

    d) Part Allotment 4 on D.P. 4414, parts of Sections 53, 54, 55 and 161, Hua and Waiwakaiho,
    containing 83.7194 hectares and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title,
    Volume 108, folio 173.

    e) All that land shown on D.P. 5316, being part Allotment 3 on D.P. 4885, part Section 4 Hua
    and Waiwakaiho, containing 8.7918 hectares and being part of the land comprised in
    certificate of title, Volume 129, folio 80.

    f) Allotment 1 on D.P. 5297, part Allotment 4 on D.P. 4414, parts Sections 53, 54 and 161,
    Hua and Waiwakaiho, containing 6.7961 hectares and being part of the land comprised in
    certificate of title, Volume 108, folio 173.

  2. The property of Mr. R. C. Kennedy, Tahora, comprising the land in Block VI, Pouata S.D.

  3. That portion of the Wanganui River including all tidal lands as defined in the Harbours Act 1950
    from a line commencing at the centre of the junction of Kaimatira Road and Riverbank Road on the
    left bank of the river, thence extending directly across the river to the eastern boundary of Wanganui
    City on the right bank of the river to a line commencing at the mouth of the Awarua Stream on the
    left bank of the river, thence extending directly across the river to the southern corner of Lot 3
    D.P. 13660 on the right bank of the river, excluding the area commonly known as Corliss Island.
