a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald
Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that,
pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is
acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the
Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited
access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the right of way easement
described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is acquired
over those parts of the land described in the First Schedule
as are specified in the Second Schedule (called “the access
track”) to be forever appurtenant to the land described in the
Third Schedule. The easement shall vest in the Crown for
telecommunications purposes (“the grantee”) on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
