Under Regulation 9 (5) of the Health and Safety in Employment (Pipelines) Regulations 1999

Pursuant to Regulation 9 (5) of the Health and Safety in Employment (Pipelines) Regulations 1999, I, R. J. M. Hill, on delegated authority from the Secretary of Labour, hereby give notice that I am satisfied that Lloyds Register Asia meets the criteria set out in Regulation 9 (1) of the Health and Safety in Employment (Pipelines) Regulations 1999 for recognition as a certifying authority for the carrying out of inspections and the issuing of certificates of fitness in accordance with Regulation 9 of the Health and Safety in Employment (Pipelines) Regulations 1999.
