Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 April 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Tania Lee Judson in respect of O Te Whakauae A Tamatea Te Kohanga Reo (52801), situated at Rupe Road, Utiku, R.D. 3, Taihape.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Peter’s College, Epsom.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 28 November 2003.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, 39-45 College Hill, Auckland.

Pursuant to section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries makes the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch) Notice (No. 4) 2003.

(2) This notice comes into force on 31 March 2004.

  1. Interpretation—In this notice, the fishstock codes, quota management areas and quota management system fishstock codes have the same meanings as in the Fisheries (Declaration of New Stocks Subject to Quota Management System) Notice 2003 (S.R. 2003/41).

  2. Total allowable catch—The total allowable catch for each quota management stock is that amount stated in the final column of the Schedule to this notice.
