Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule attached hereto is hereby set aside as a Māori reservation for the purposes of a storage area for totara logs for the common use and benefit of Te Ngāi Tuahuriri Runanga.
