Road Realignment—Riwaka–Sandy Bay Road and State Highway No. 60, Riwaka

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) the area of stopped road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register 82702; and

(ii) the areas of stopped road secondly and thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL11C/861, subject to transfer 158836.2 creating right to convey water easement and easement certificate 376898.5.
